I am delighted to say that I am now able to offer Saori weaving sessions at my studio in Stroud again. At present I can host individuals or two people from the same household and as always you will have the opportunity to explore weaving with a range of textures and colours in a wonderfully relaxed and informal way.

I have taken all steps to ensure that my studio is COVID-secure and will ask you to complete a short health questionnaire before your session. The usual cost of 1:1 tuition is £35/hour.

**WINTER 2020/21 SPECIAL OFFER**  £45 for a 2-hour introductory session - if you would like to book or have any questions then please do get in touch!

I have used a little time over the most recent lockdown to update the stock on the webshop and my entire collection of special edition warps is now available to buy online. Many special warps from previous releases are listed and there are over 30 different colours and materials to choose from, including cottons, linens, silks, wool and cashmere. Do pop over to the shop page for a look and see if anything takes your fancy!

If you are near Stroud, you are always welcome to come in and browse in person. My usual working times are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 1pm - 5pm and Thursday from 10am - 4pm. However, please do give me a call or drop me a line before you visit so I can make sure I'm there to greet you.

    A bit about me...
I first heard about Saori in 2006 and was immediately struck by the inclusive philosophy and the beauty of the freestyle weavings. Since that day I have explored both traditional and Saori weaving and have been lucky enough to learn from some wonderful teachers across the world in Europe, Japan and the U.S.A.

I am as excited by Saori as I was at my first discovery and I love enabling others to experience the joy and freedom to be found in weaving the Saori way. I have a particular interest in arts and health projects.

Before starting on my Saori weaving adventures, I worked for 15 years in the community and environmental field.
I remain passionate about sustainability and try to incorporate these values into all aspects of my weaving work.
