Wayward Weaves Shipping Policy (Online Purchases)
 
I carefully package and arrange delivery for each item personally. In the event that I am away from the studio for more than a week I will update my website to reflect this. If you order an item whilst I am away and there is likely to be any delay to the normal dispatch times, I will contact you to let you know when to expect delivery. If you require an item urgently, please contact me before purchasing and I will confirm the expected delivery time.
 
Orders within the UK

• Shipping rates are based on the value of the order and calculated automatically when you check out
• Items are also normally available for collection from my studio in Stroud - if you would prefer to do this then contact me and I will refund the postage charge
• Your order will be dispatched within one week, sooner whenever possible
• I usually use UPS's carbon-neutral next (estimated) working day service. For some destinations or smaller parcels I occasionally use an alternative courier or Royal Mail. If you have a preferred courier then please contact me before you buy and I will get you a quote
• You will receive an email confirming dispatch on the day your parcel is sent, including tracking details where available
• In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, I will issue a full refund or replacement
