Wayward Weaves Returns Policy (Online Purchases)
 
If you are considering buying a Saori loom you may want to try one out first. I offer classes and workshops or you can arrange to come in and see me in my studio in Stroud and I will help you choose exactly the right loom for you. Alternatively you can always contact me on 07815 712 792 or [email protected] for a chat and I can advise you on the benefits and features of each loom.


  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Wayward Weaves, simply return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items should be unused and returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I can exchange the item.
  • Please note:
  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, except by prior agreement.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me, therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  4. Delivery charges will of course be refunded if the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
