I offer classes and workshops or you can arrange to come in and see me in my studio in Stroud and I will help you choose exactly the right loom for you. - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Wayward Weaves, simply return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I can exchange the item.
- Please note:
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, except by prior agreement.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches me, therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Delivery charges will of course be refunded if the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
